Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be managing the marketing for four businesses, looking after all aspects of our in-house marketing from running our social media accounts to the creation of company portfolios and press releases. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking career growth and to develop their skillset within an ever-developing business environment. This highly autonomous role will see you utilize your skills and knowledge to propel our business forward and engage with customers, old and new, and potential clientele.
Responsibilities:
1. Blog content creation for all websites
2. Creation and scheduling of engaging content on various social media platforms
3. Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities
4. Creating and implementing brand guidelines throughout all companies
5. Respond to customer enquiries and engage with the online community
6. Manage, develop and execute social media advertising campaigns
7. Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI
8. Email marketing creation
9. Create engaging content, including promotions, updates, and valuable information
10. Promote events through various channels, including social media and newsletters
11. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
12. Complete market research when necessary to identify opportunities for the business and, when necessary, create & implement launch strategies from conception
13. Print design and advertising
14. Plan and prepare all relevant merchandise and content for show season
Person Specification:
1. Proven experience within a marketing role
2. Understand and have experience in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
3. Graphic design skills for creating leaflets, adverts, business cards, and other marketing materials
4. Keeping a positive attitude; you must be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
5. Ability to multitask and work on several different projects/brands at once, occasionally to short deadlines
6. Have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail
7. Professional certifications in marketing (e.g., CIM or AMA certification) would be beneficial.
