The Exhibition Sales Consultant will represent the company at high-end trade shows and exhibitions across the UK, promoting products and services, engaging with clients and prospects, capturing leads, and distributing promotional materials. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, and flexibility to work some weekends and travel as required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Trade Show Representation:
* Attend trade shows and exhibitions located in London, Kent, Gloucester, Birmingham, and other regions as required.
* Showcase company products and services to visitors, ensuring professional representation at all times.
* Engage and interact with potential customers to generate interest and answer product-related queries.
2. Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
* Capture contact information and leads from potential clients using provided tools or systems.
* Record and organize client inquiries and feedback for post-event follow-up.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads for further action.
3. Promotional Activities:
* Distribute promotional materials, brochures, and samples to visitors at the stand.
* Provide demonstrations or presentations on the company's offerings when required.
* Ensure the exhibition booth is well-maintained, attractive, and fully stocked with materials.
4. Event Logistics:
* Coordinate with the events team to set up and dismantle exhibition stands as needed.
* Represent the company at events over weekends when required.
* Manage on-site operations efficiently to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors.
5. Reporting and Feedback:
* Submit detailed reports after each event, including captured leads, feedback, and overall performance.
* Provide suggestions for improving the trade show experience based on attendee interactions.
