Assist with assessing students' progress and contributing to their development plans. What We're Looking For: A Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification. Previous experience in a similar role within a school setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, adaptable, and caring approach to working with children.
