My market leading, St Helens based client are looking to recruit PA support for the existing EA who supports the MD of the business. The role will be on a full-time temporary basis for at least 6 months. Salary £24,000 - £26,00037.5 hours per week, 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to FridayHybrid working will be available, 3 days per week from office (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) and 2 days per week from home (Monday & Friday). The purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive PA administrative support to the EA and subsequently the MD. Main Accountabilities Booking of travel and accommodation Processing invoices – SAP knowledge would be ideal. Expenses management Booking meeting rooms Preparing meeting rooms Dealing with the daily post Assisting with arranging events Scheduling appointments, managing correspondence and general administrative duties Specification: PA administrative experience Effective communication skills, exceptional knowledge of English both written and verbal Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications Attention to detail.
