The Job:
Role Purpose: The primary purpose of the Field Sales Door to Door Agent is to secure the company's growth through selling internet service and associated products to individuals, Micro SME businesses, and Communities.
Main Responsibilities: The Field Sales Door to Door Agent is responsible for contributing to the wider team's objectives and delivering their individual sales targets. This will include upselling to higher sales packages, selling value-added sales, and being the face of the company brand.
Background/Activity: While duties and responsibilities will vary, they typically include:
* A solid background in sales, ideally door to door from either a telecoms or utilities company; however, all relevant sales experience will be considered.
* Comfortable interacting with potential customers in a field sales focused role, able to adapt your approach to ensure a high level of sales conversion.
* Confident in handling objections and be tenacious.
* Driven and ambitious, striving to exceed your targets and goals.
* Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
* Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
* Managing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
* Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues.

Circumstances:
This role will involve travelling throughout Cornwall, performance against profitable revenue targets, interaction with all types of customers, working with others to achieve team targets and goals, and a professional dress code applies.
£27,000 basic salary plus commission on target earnings of £39,000 and a car allowance of £4,000 per annum.
