Job Description:
ONE administrator with minute taking duties urgently needed to work within the Family Support and Intervention Team in either Newtownabbey or Ballymena. The hours of work for this post will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with a rate of pay of £12.86 per hour. This post mainly consists of sitting in and taking minutes on meetings relating to Child Protection.
Main duties will include:
1. Taking minutes on meetings, recording key points, decisions, and actions from meetings.
2. Organizing, editing, and distributing minutes to relevant people.
3. Once fully trained and up to speed, you will be expected to take minutes and turn around on 4 meetings per week.
4. Assisting in any basic administration duties.
What We Need From You: Strong experience in Minute Taking is essential.
