* Package: £13,000 per annum (Full time equivalent of £26,000 per annum) + enhanced benefits & rewards

You'll be based at our Paignton development, featuring a selection of apartments, residents lounge, guest suite, and landscaped gardens built on the site of the town’s old library. This stylish community enjoys calming views over the landscaped gardens and Victoria Park beyond, making it a great place to work.
About our role
As our site-based Building & Community Coordinator, your focus will be on ensuring compliance with health & safety standards. We are looking for someone with buildings, property, or facilities experience, as well as excellent face-to-face customer service skills to build strong relationships with our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
* General customer service and being the first point of contact for our owners and tenants
* Conducting regular building-related checks, including fire alarm testing, water flushing, and emergency light testing
* Facilitating external contractors
* Ensuring Health & Safety requirements are met
* Assisting with the move-in process for customers
* Organizing events and activities for customers to create a wonderful community
* Managing emergencies quickly and calmly
* Building lasting relationships with homeowners and their families
* Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, Development, and Completions
You’ll be our ‘person on the ground’, ensuring everything is ready for move-in day, providing effective maintenance service, keeping records and events diary updated, and communicating ongoing developments.
Building a strong community is integral to our mission, so you'll be involved in organizing social events, and strong local knowledge will be an advantage.
This is a part-time role working 17.5 hours per week; Wednesday 09:30 - 15:30, Thursday 09:00 - 15:30, and Friday 09:00 - 15:30 with a 30-minute lunch.
About you
We seek an intuitive, personable individual whose flexible approach, warmth, and insight enable them to build relationships with all owners in the development. You’ll be accustomed to engaging with people and going the extra mile. Strong IT skills are essential as you will use various internal systems and reporting tools.

* Strong IT skills - knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
* Experience in facilities/property with knowledge of health & safety is essential
