Job Title: SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Description: Job Duties: 1. Provide one-on-one tutoring to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). 2. Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities. 3. Implement effective teaching strategies to support students' academic progress. 4. Monitor and assess students' progress regularly. 5. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students. Required Qualifications: - A relevant teaching qualification - Experience working with students with SEN - Knowledge of SEN educational practises Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field Experience: At least 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: - Strong understanding of SEN teaching methods - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs Preferred Qualifications: - Additional training in SEN education - Experience with SEN assessment tools Working Conditions: - Part-time hours - Temporary position - Work closely with students and educational professionals - Flexible schedule based on student needs All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
