Sodexo is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist for a University in South Central Pennsylvania (Susquehanna River Valley). The Marketing Specialist will create content and lead marketing campaigns for dining services operations and campus content to accelerate and improve engagement for students and client leadership. The role will monitor competitors, client activity, associations, etc., and maintain new business revenue for the regional sales teams through the development and execution of lead generation campaigns, sales promotions, and initiatives. Responsible for developing strategic marketing plans in alignment with standardized business planning models (initiative planning, resource readiness, deployment, measurement).

What You'll Do
* Drives growth through planning, development and execution of growth initiatives, including: Non-Mandatory Sales/Pricing/Retail & Catering/New Sales & Retention/eCommerce & Mutualized Promotions.
* Develops and implements plans intended to increase customer insight/satisfaction through Surveys/Focus Groups/Engagement Promotions and relevant technology.
* Develops and implements internal/external communication through Websites/Social Media/Innovation Sharing/Best Practices.
* Forges collaborative relationships to create transformative customer experiences.
* Establishes program awareness through a physical presence at site.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
