Based in Stockley Park, you will join a fast-paced HR Shared Services team responsible for the day-to-day management of employee absences and HR-related inquiries. This role will manage individual cases and engage internal stakeholders (Management, Legal, Employee Relations, Human Resources, Payroll & Finance) as required.
1. Responsible for analyzing and answering escalated and complex HR-related queries and acts as liaison with contacts including local HR, COEs and other key stakeholders
2. Serve as an escalation for tier one (first line employee support) for questions from employees, manager, executives and HR colleagues regarding HR procedures, processes and policies, with global consistency and local applicability
3. Verify and/or validate employee information related to absence and termination status and process applicable changes in an accurate and timely manner
4. Proactively maintain and administer accurate and timely HR data in the global HR System (Workday); input, update and reconcile data as required to ensure information is current and accurate
