Responsibilities
Manage and organize office files and documentation accurately and efficiently.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for staff and management.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Support accounting processes, including invoice processing and expense tracking.
Contribute to project management activities by assisting in planning and execution.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £13.58
