This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional office environment while working towards a recognised qualification. This exciting opportunity is for an organised individual who is looking to start their career in administration and join one of the largest colleges in Hampshire to work within one of our central support functions. You will enjoy interacting with people and assisting in day-to-day admin duties. Key Responsibilities and requirements: Undertake administration elements for the college Apprenticeship and Compliance departments under supervision. In particular: Answering the telephones File creation Scanning / Copying To ensure records are accurately updated on the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Generation of correspondence Keep manual office diary and online up to date To deal wherever possible with routine college enquiries and communications Assist in the administration of compliance and audit activities for the contract. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Archiving Files. To undertake typing/word-processing of simple documents and to collate and distribute them as appropriate To ensure records are updated on the College CRM system and undertake regular review and organisation of records, contacts, mailings and events. The postholder may be expected to carry out duties other than those given in the job description where the level of responsibility is similar and he/she has appropriate qualifications or receives appropriate training to carry out these duties.
