What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting recruiters with advertising vacancies, managing inboxes, and coordinating key recruitment activities
* Handling recruitment data and producing key reports, including KPIs and pipeline quality analysis
* Building relationships across the business and supporting employer branding through social media campaigns
* Ensuring GDPR compliance and working closely with key suppliers
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in administration ideally recruitment/HR or experienced in a fast-paced office environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and an analytical approach
* A methodical problem solver who thrives on organisation
