Job Summary: Customer Solutions Technician required to install security products at residential customers' premises for ADT's fire & Security brand.
As a Customer Solutions Technician, you will be responsible for installing and commissioning security systems, including intruder alarms, video doorbells, and CCTV systems. You will work independently and as part of a team to deliver a high-class customer experience, providing excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. You will also be responsible for promoting ADT as a market leader and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install and commission security systems, including intruder alarms, video doorbells, and CCTV systems.
* Deliver a high-class customer experience through excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

* Keep accurate records and documentation, including mileage and expenses.
* Undertake other reasonable duties as requested by line manager.
Requirements:
* Full UK manual driver's license.
* Ability to carry and climb ladders and work at height.
* Practical skills to work with hand and power tools.
* Ability to work safely and responsibly.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Familiarity with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and PCs.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Electrical experience or qualifications.
* Previous experience in installing or servicing security systems in a residential environment.
