You are an ambitious and confident individual who thrives to deliver a personalised and unforgettable guest experience and hit your targets with your own unique style!
You can deliver an empathic approach with all guests.
You have at least 1 years’ experience in a customer service environment with the passion and drive to match!
You are confident on the computer, with a high level of ability to deliver on processes and compliance requirements. With exceptional organisational skills.
You have a ‘Full Clean UK Driving Licence’.
What does a normal day look like?
A normal day is always different from both yesterday and tomorrow!
1. Be the liaison between the Guest and the Workshop… making sure it all happens smoothly!
2. Talking to guests about all faults, repairs, and the solutions available to them
3. Actively promoting products or services to guests as appropriate
4. Taken lead on ensuring that all computerised records are accurate, up to date and clear.
5. Uses skill to support guests who are dissatisfied with any matters relating to the Service operation, and develop and deliver a solution drive approach
6. Playing a key role in the day-to-day operation of the business as a whole
