New product development is essential for them and they are constantly innovating and bringing new brands to the UK market. Based in Birmingham (2 days pw), this is a Hybrid role. Description Leading the procurement and category management across a range of food, ingredients and drinks categories. Helping launch new products and innovation current products. Developing long term relationships with suppliers. Sourcing new food products and negotiations on contracts Working closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance, NPD, Marketing and Supply Chain Profile 2 years of procurement experience within procurement for a food service business. Strong communication skills. The ability to build relationships with stakeholders. A passion for the food and drink industry.
