We are recruiting a Site Administrator to support our construction team on our Creag Dhubh substation site on a large civil engineering project. The projects are predominantly within the energy infrastructure sector, building new substations and HVDC converter stations to support Scotland's transition to net Zero.
Your work environment This role is full-time office-based at our Creag Dhubh substation.

Your mission As Site Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
Reporting of KPI's
Meet and greet all employees who visit the site
Utilising and setting up the site clocking system
Completing the site resource tracker each week
General filing and office duties
Soft copy file management
Record Keeping
Assisting managers with clerical duties
Ordering office consumables
Correspondence in and out
General office housekeeping
Managing the meeting rooms and office hot desks
Who are we looking for? Strong interpersonal skills
At least 2 years experience in a fast paced similar role
Strong IT experience preferably with Microsoft office
Ability to work in a large scale, multi-site organisation
Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency, and strong time management skills
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
