The Role As our Night Porter (Night Receptionist) you will be the person to help settle any late-arriving guests to The House, The Garden House, The Village or The Coach House Cottages. During the night, you will be accommodating and available overnight to ensure things are running smoothly whilst guests rest. You will be on hand to tend to their needs, including providing a limited food and drink service. You will be responsible for late-check-ins, early check-outs and looking after the overall safety of all our guests. The Person You will take pride in your area and working for Beaverbrook, with outstanding attention to detail. Ideally you would have experience working in a luxury establishment previously as a Night Porter/Night Role. You will have a charming, hands on approach with a can-do attitude and working alone will not phase you. Shift Pattern This position will consist of 40 hours per week Working any 5 days out of 7 your hours will be 22:45-07:15.
