Job Description
The HR Business Partner will:
* Deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
* Maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring needs of the business and employment law are considered at all times
* Drive performance management processes, working with line managers to up-skill and change behaviours
* Implement and monitor ongoing HR performance indicators
* Support change management processes
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
* CIPD Level 5 or above
* Proven HR generalist experience at Business Partner level
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases
* Proficiency in employment law
* Strong negotiation skills
* Excellent people management skills
* Ability to design and implement HR strategies
* High level of integrity and professionalism
