As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:
Provide broad administrative and secretarial support to the team
Manage and organise team schedules and appointments
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Uphold the organisation's confidentiality and data protection policies
Contribute to the overall efficiency of the team's operationsProfile
A successful Administrator should have:
Relevant qualifications in administration or related fields
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
