Looking for Multi Trade Carpenters who enjoy delivering a valued service to our customers. You'll be part of an established and friendly direct trades team working within residential properties in the Stratford area.
The Multi Trade Carpenter role:
1. Response contract: Swan Newham (Sanctuary)
2. 40 hours per week, 8-5 Monday to Friday (must be on job by 8am)
3. £36k starting
4. NO on call on these contracts, just standard hours
5. Saturdays are optional at 1x5 after probation and at ops manager's discretion
6. Work area: East London E3/4, Romford, Southend, and Colchester at the edge of area
7. Fleet policy: All new starters must pass a drug and alcohol test on the first day
8. Company van and fuel card provided
9. Must provide own smartphone for PDA and other apps, compensated at £20 per month
10. Must provide own tools
11. Clean driving license - if ever had a ban, must be spent (over 10 years old)
12. Must pass a regular drug and alcohol test on day 1
Ideal person with a carpentry or plumbing background with good all-round knowledge of other trades.
What will you bring as a Multi Trade Carpenter?
1. Previous experience as a Multi Trade undertaking first and second fix installation works, preferably in a domestic setting.
2. Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets.
3. Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Multi Trade Carpenter role.
