About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a SEMH specialist teacher, working with students who require additional support to achieve their full potential.
You will be responsible for delivering a curriculum that meets the needs of students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties, working closely with colleagues to ensure every student receives the support they need to succeed.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* To design and deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties
* To assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
* To collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
What You'll Need:
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience of working with students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties
* Strong organisational and time management skills
