Accounts Assistant Hinch Distillery Ltd Location: Carryduff Road Co Down, Northern Ireland BT27 6TZ Maternity Cover (6 / 9 Months) Office Based Monday to Friday Reporting to the Financial Controller the Accounts Receivable Assistant will carry out the following duties: Sales ledger processing Ownership of Accounts Receivable function to include the management and maintenance of outstanding debtors Assistance with management of cash flow and reconciliation of bank accounts. Preparation of VAT returns & Intrastat Assisting with month end reporting / reconciliations. Handling bank lodgements. Management of Petty Cash Any other relevant duties as and when required. Essential experience Minimum 12 months accounts experience Proactive and focused on delivering a high quality of service Good organisational ability with time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills IT Proficient, confident using systems and MS Office packages High level attention to detail and accuracy while working to deadlines Hours and Environment Office Based Hinch Distillery 19 Carryduff Road Ballynahinch BT27 6TZ Hours are 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday. 9am to 5pm Friday.
