JOB- HR Business Partner
LOCATION - South Devon
SALARY- £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
TERM- Full-Time, Permanent
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in South Devon. This is a strategic role requiring a strong HR professional who can drive business performance through people initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior leaders and managers to provide expert HR advice and guidance.
* Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance workforce engagement.
* Drive change management initiatives and support organisational development.
* Oversee employee relations, ensuring fair and compliant resolution of issues.
* Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
* Analyse HR metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Experience in coaching and developing leadership teams.
* CIPD Level 3 or above is beneficial.
