Live in Head Pastry Chef Highlights:
Salary: £35.000- £38,000 per annum, based on experience
Contract: 45hrs per week
Shifts: Morning and evening straight shifts only
Typical shift patterns: 08:00–17:30 or 13:30–23:00
Team: Big brigade, meaning lots of opportunities for progression.

Live in Head Pastry Chef Responsibilities:
Collaborate with suppliers, manage stock levels, and ensure top-quality ingredients
Maintain hygiene standards and deliver high-quality pastries and desserts
Train, lead, and motivate the pastry team, including task delegation and staff scheduling
Work with senior chefs on menu development and handle customer feedback professionally in the head chef's absence
Live in Head Pastry Chef (Ideal) Candidate:
Passion for creativity, and an eye for detail to craft beautiful and innovative desserts
Previous experience in a similar role
Great communication skills and the ability to train and support the kitchen team are a must
