My client is a residential contractor based in Beaconsfield who is looking for a Document Controller/Administrator (they are happy for this to be a trainee too).
The vacancy is to start immediately.
Responsibilities
* 1-2 years experience within the construction industry is required - they are however happy to take on a trainee too.
* Maintain the document control filing and archiving in accordance with the company procedures.
* Check the validity of the documents in accordance with the Document Numbering System.
* Record the documents in the company database, organise the dispatch, collect the comments.
* Provide full secretarial support to Management including arranging meetings, producing agendas and minutes, circulating and collating information, arranging diaries.
* Provide administrative support to the team and comprehensive support to the department as required.
* Liaise with other companies/sites.
* Duties will vary day to day.
