Signet are working exclusively to recruit a Finance Manager to help drive the financial operations with responsibility for all financial accounting and finance systems. Key Responsibilities will include Management of purchase ledger, payroll and revenue accounting (rent and service charges) Manage monthly ledger close process, including ensuring journals and reconciliations are completed Lead on preparation of annual statutory accounts, including financial statements and associated notes Lead on external audit Maintain fixed asset register Lead on rent accounting Lead on arrears reporting Lead on service charge accounting Submission of regulatory returns Oversee the monthly payroll process To Succeed in the role ACCA or CIMA Qualified Financial Accounting experience including statutory statement and FRS 102 (Housing SORP beneficial but not essential) Previous experience of working in a regulatory environment highly desirable Excellent communication skills will be needed to build relationships with external and internal stakeholders Good all round business accumen and an understanding of the role of the Finance department in adding value to operational decision making.
