Part-time, regular Friday & Saturday pharmacist required
Boots are seeking a patient-focused, part-time Pharmacist, to join our dedicated Boots Pharmacy team based within the Cricklade Street, Cirencester Boots store.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to work within a busy service lead store; you will have the support of a team of experienced ACT's, dispensers and pharmacy advisors, as well as a retail management support team and a dedicated Area Manager.
Pharmacy Opening Times For This Store are:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
Saturday - 8:30am - 5:30pm
Sunday - 10am - 3pm
We are seeking to cover Friday's & Saturday's, weekly

About the role
As a Pharmacist with us you’ll be providing excellent customer and patient care, it’s more than dispensing medicine, it’s listening and providing your expert advice and reassurance. Your main areas of responsibility will be:
1. Delivering the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice
2. Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
3. Building the pharmacy capability of store teams
4. Conducting continual review through audit, observations and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount
5. Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services
What you’ll need to have
To be successful in this role you will have a professional, caring character and a true desire to help us change for the better. In addition you will:
1. Be registered with relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
2. Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers and external local professionals
3. Have a passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers.
4. Be collaborative with a team-centered approach
5. Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services
6. Be a great communicator; able to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients
