A growing Littlehampton based organisation is looking to recruit a Part Time Credit Control Assistant on a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months.
Job Description
As a Part Time Credit Control Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Raising sales invoices and managing debtors.
* Processing customer payments, including answering the phone and taking card payments.
* Conducting daily and monthly bank reconciliations, including saving bank statements for month end processes.
* Ensuring all sales invoices relating to the current month are processed in a timely manner, by the deadline.
* Running aged debtors reports at the end of each month to clear off any odd pennies.
* Logging sales orders for commission purposes.
* Checking sales nominal codes on Sage prior to month end to ensure postings are correct.
* Raising credit notes and processing customer refunds when applicable.
The Successful Applicant
* Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
* Exceptional organisational skills, along with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work well within a small team and independently.
* Proficiency in Excel and accounting software, ideally Sage.
* Ability to remain calm under time pressure and meet deadlines.
* In office 5 days a week, 5 hours per day.
What's on Offer
£28-30,000 FTE.
