LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Willenhall
Salary: Basic salary negotiable
Our client is a well-established, highly rated independent sales and letting agent. They are currently looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator and/or Property Manager to add to their very busy lettings team based at their Willenhall branch.
As a successful Lettings Administrator, you will need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and possess a positive 'can do' attitude. The role includes organising and carrying out the following tasks for a portfolio of managed properties throughout the Midlands Area:
1. Effectively processing Ingoing Inventories on a range of different properties.
2. Liaising between outgoing tenants, landlords, contractors, and utility suppliers (usually online) and working closely with the Accounts team to allocate and arrange return of either full or proportionate deposits in line with repairs agreed.
3. Updating software and collating documents to ensure compliance on a daily basis.
4. Liaising with all parties to arrange EPC's, gas certificates, EICRs.
5. Organising repairs and maintenance with service contractors.
6. Training will be provided on the property management software.
7. Other duties as required within a busy lettings team.
The successful Lettings Administrator will need:
1. Minimum of 12 months lettings/property administration experience.
2. Excellent customer service skills and personable attitude with clients at all levels.
3. Be a self-starter with high drive and the ability to use own initiative.
4. Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced challenging environment.
5. Confidence with computerised software and online packages.
6. Able to work with a range of landlords, tenants, and suppliers to achieve goals.
7. Working as part of a team to secure targets, deadlines, and company objectives.
