Temporary Chef required – Sutton Coldfield
Live in Accommodation available
We are looking for a qualified and energetic Chef to join us in our Kitchen in January to cover a leave of absence by our Head Chef. Accommodation is available for this period.
The 3 star Brook Marston Farm Hotel is a busy 37 room hotel with Restaurant & bar and a substantial weddings and event business.
The successful candidate will:
1. Have a flair for ingredients, first rate culinary skills and work well under pressure.
2. Be a good communicator and blend well in with your colleagues.
3. Have ample opportunity to flex your talents.
4. Have an outgoing personality and energetic.
5. Have experience from a versatile and busy kitchen.
6. Have a good knowledge of Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and should be able to maintain Statutory documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £15.00 per hour
