A Maintenance Engineer is needed to provide technical leadership and expertise. Reporting directly to the general manager, you will join a small multi-skilled maintenance team responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance of the site's production equipment.

Lead and manage the maintenance team
Plan and schedule preventative maintenance work
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage maintenance budget and resources
Work closely with other departments to ensure facility needs are met
Identify and implement opportunities for improvement
Provide technical guidance and training to team members
Report on maintenance activities and performanceProfile
A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:
Desirable expertise in PLCs, servo drives, robotics, and line automation.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, effectively prioritising critical tasks under challenging deadlines.
Keen attention to detail and adherence to high standards, paired with a results-driven mindset.
Strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration with production teams, maintenance colleagues, and management.
Excellent planning and organisational capabilities, thriving under direction or with autonomy.
