If you've got a proven background of working in a fast-paced recruitment environment and have got a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Sales Consultant or Internal Recruiter, we would love to see your application!
Our head office is based in Berkhamsted and we have been successfully working on recruitment for a number of clients for the past 8 + years.
Responsibilities
1. Source vacancies from any of the divisions we currently service which are Fire & Security, Engineering, Automotive & Construction
2. Always represent and convey HP4's vision and values
3. Focusing on direct recruitment across all business areas
4. High level of outbound call activity to source new candidates
5. Network requirements in a positive manner to obtain referrals through candidates and professional networking sites such as LinkedIn
6. Sourcing candidates on the company's database, external job boards and utilise social media
7. Target both the active and passive markets to contact suitable candidates to discuss opportunities
8. Qualifying candidates and matching them to suitable job opportunities, being able to embody the HP4 brand and gain candidate commitment
9. Performing head hunting activities to identify and source candidates from the passive market
10. Managing candidate pipeline
11. Coordinating and hosting internal / external interviews
12. Managing the candidate onboarding process
13. Competitor identification and mapping
