Main Purpose of the role: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Systems Analyst. In this role, you will act as the product owner for our case management system, leading the charge in transforming our customer & client experience through strategic system enhancements and process improvements that align with our business objectives. This role is ideal for someone that is a natural self-starter who thrives on working with data and challenging the status quo. You have a knack for continuous improvement and can easily adapt to changing environments. Position in Organisation This role reports to the Head of Business Process Main Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and understand business needs and opportunities ensuring that they align with our strategic goals Act as a primary point of contact for system-related queries and troubleshooting Co-ordinate and implement improvements to Innovus systems mainly Creatio Assist with change management and any required comms Assist with co-ordinating system testing Ensure that new processes and tools are effectively embedded within the business, driving adoption and proficiency among end-users with training materials in place Support the creation of Business Cases required for major system changes Assist with vendor management to ensure seamless system operations Experience Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to system challenges. Experience in training, upskilling, and leading change management initiatives. Experience in system management and administration may be considered an advantage but not essential Skills Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to system challenges High attention to detail and analytical mindset Ability to learn new systems quickly Ability to organise and prioritise workload and make sound decisions Excellent communication, relationship building and collaboration skills Respect for the expertise and experience of others but willing to ask ‘why?
