Main duties of the job Schedules meetings and carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning and recording minutes and updating action trackers. To assist in the development and ongoing management of community staffing rotas / daily staff cover. To assist recruitment lead and team leaders in the process of recruitment and induction of new staff. To assist with organisation and data management for staff training and education sessions. To assist with HR processes - including information and organisational support for managers. To assist with effective supplies ordering. To assist in the management and development of computerised information systems. To assist with regularly produced reports and information in relation to service area needs.
