Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and proactive Personal Assistant to join the Cwm Taf Morgannwg Public Health Team. In this role, you will provide efficient and effective support to three Consultants in Public Health. The position offers a hybrid work environment, with both home and office-based work, and the base location is flexible between Glanrhyd Hospital in Bridgend or Keir Hardie University Health Park in Merthyr Tydfil. This post is fixed term/secondment for 8 months to cover maternity leave. Main duties of the job Your responsibilities will include high-level administration support, such as monitoring emails, managing diaries, arranging and servicing meetings, and taking minutes. Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing work priorities in a busy environment are essential. Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and other internal systems is also required.
