Amazon is seeking motivated individuals to fill a Logistics Administrator position for our IT Warehouse. This role supports Amazon Offices by providing support for all internal IT hardware orders. Amazon seeks individuals who are willing to Work Hard, Have Fun, and join us in making Worldwide History.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Review of hardware order requests via ticketing system and escalating where necessary.
2. Liaising with shipping and warehousing teams to book shipment returns or provide alternative methods to ensure exceptional customer experience.
3. Providing timely updates on tickets and assisting to remove roadblocks for successful deliveries and retrievals.
4. Updating and maintaining Asset management system records in line with defined processes.
5. Receiving and storage of IT assets and peripherals.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. High school or equivalent diploma.
2. Experience with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications.
3. Written and verbal fluency in English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience in maintaining inventory levels including receiving, storage, and auditing.
2. Experience in customer service.
3. Experience in a Warehouse environment.
