Job Overview:
Join our team as a Quality Technologist and play a key role in managing daily activities within the Technical Function. You'll ensure our manufactured products meet the highest standards, handle customer complaints, and ensure compliance during audits.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily site taste panel for all produced goods.
Handle customer and consumer complaints, track data, investigate issues, and report actions.
Oversee annual shelf-life validation and extensions.
Track and file production process records.
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to technical data.
Maintain the Foreign Body Photo Database.
Conduct daily giveaway/weight checks and report data.
Control site Quality Management System documents.
Champion Quality Culture and Allergen Management, completing weekly GMP Audits.
Support certification and customer audits.
Perform general administration duties and cover Technical Assistant when needed.
Key Performance Indicators:
Establish a database for quality metrics within Year 1, ensuring faster KPI reporting.
Develop and implement a shelf-life extension process.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, SharePoint).
Level 2 Food Safety or above.
Level 2 HACCP or above (desirable).
Experience in Internal Auditing and understanding of HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP.
Practitioner of Root Cause and Gap Analysis.
Knowledge of baking technology is a plus.
