Mortgage Advisor - Hybrid We're looking for a qualified Mortgage Adviser to join our well established and highly productive team. About Finamply Finamply is a whole of market mortgage broker, with access to over 90 lenders and a mission to empower our clients to make the best possible financial decisions. We have recently teamed up with a number of introducers, including Rightmove, which has significantly increased our business levels and ability to support more advisors. Our mortgage advisors receive full admin support, pre and post application stage, and work alongside a team of sales support advisors to ensure that each of our clients are nurtured from the first interaction with us, through to completion and beyond. The Role To speak to our clients over the phone and collate all details and requirements for their mortgage application, whilst building a great relationship. Effectively present a solution and deliver advice on all areas of Mortgage and Protection planning needs and be able to find positive outcomes from the most challenging of situations. Meet all requirements set by our regulators. Take personal responsibility for the client experience delivered, ensuring it is to the highest standard verbally and digitally. Display emotional intelligence when communicating with colleagues and clients alike. Be highly motivated and ambitious with a passion for sales and be confident in dealing with most client scenarios including the slightly more complex.
