Summary of the Quality Control Technician role

As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing these products to ensure they meet stringent quality and safety standards within a GMP environment.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct thorough inspections and testing of food and beverage products.
2. Ensure compliance with quality control procedures, including PRS, cGMP, and other relevant guidelines.
3. Maintain accurate records of test results and inspection findings, both written and electronic.
4. Collaborate with the Quality Control team to maintain the highest product quality.
5. Identify and report any deviations or quality issues promptly.
6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and safety.
7. Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental requirements.

Requirements for the Role
1. Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths.
2. Previous experience in food and beverage quality control would be highly desirable.
3. Capable of understanding and implementing quality control procedures with a positive response to training.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
5. Clear understanding of health and safety protocols.
6. Must be a team player.
