We're looking for an enthusiastic individual with great attention to detail and organisational skills, to join our friendly Claims team Apply Today The Role: Logging of claims via email and post (entering information onto spreadsheets and into computer systems ) Requesting further information from customers or veterinary practices for additional information when required (via e-mail or phone) Matching requested information to the claims Allocating claims to the desired person/queue Assisting with queries from the business and customers Triaging claims Escalation queries Reporting to the team leader and collating information Reporting any system errors Working with the team leader/team to enhance processes About you: Excellent attention to detail Highly organised Pleasant telephone manner Ability to work to set deadlines Proactive and enthusiastic Ability to engage with customers and external stakeholders in a professional manner Team player with a can-do attitude About us: Specialising in pet insurance, Tedaisy Insurance Group brings products to market that address the demands and needs of today’s online consumer.
