Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy adults Locality Team based in North Lincolnshire Council.

Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:
* To protect adults at risk by robust assessments and the use of safeguarding procedures with an emphasis on making safeguarding personal.
* To assess the needs of Adults and their Carers in line with LB Bromley procedures based on the Care Act 2014 and other relevant legislation.
* With the Adult and Carer, formulate and implement personal budgets and support plans
* Monitor, review and evaluate support plans including direct payments in order to ensure that they are consistent with eligible need.
* Provide supervision, support and advice to other team members and deputies for the Team Leader.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Degree in Social Work
* Registered with SSSC
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
