Trade services specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Services Specialist to join our team at Clarion Housing.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a multi-trade operative with floor laying experience to deliver a first-class repairs service across Tonbridge, Maidstone, Dartford and Aylesford. As a Trade Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities

* To provide a responsive and efficient repairs service to our customers.
* To ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, meeting company quality criteria.
* To work effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.


Requirements

* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a trade role, preferably in floor laying.
* Possession of relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g. NVQs or City & Guilds).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
