A unique opportunity for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a dynamic and highly successful Creative Founder & CEO across both business and private family office affairs. This is a pivotal role, acting as the right hand to a high profile creative visionary entrepreneur
The role requires a highly organised, discreet, and proactive individual with excellent judgment, emotional intelligence, and a natural ability to pre-empt needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and be adept at managing both the professional and personal aspects of the principal’s life with seamless efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Business Support
• Extensive diary management across multiple time zones — prioritising, gatekeeping, and ensuring seamless scheduling
• Inbox management — drafting correspondence, flagging priorities, and actioning tasks
• Coordination of board meetings, client meetings, and creative project timelines
• Preparing documents, presentations, and research briefs ahead of meetings
• Liaising with high-profile business partners, collaborators, and stakeholders
• Project management across business and philanthropic ventures
• Handling confidential information with absolute discretion
• Travel coordination — both business and personal — including itineraries, visas, and logistics
• Managing expenses, invoices, and basic financial administration
Private & Family Office Support
• Personal diary management — coordinating family schedules, holidays, and appointments
• Household management including liaising with staff, contractors, and suppliers
• Event planning — from intimate dinners to larger private gatherings
• Booking personal appointments, restaurants, and social engagements
• Gift buying and research
• Overseeing personal projects and lifestyle management
• Running errands and ad hoc personal tasks
Who You Are
• Proven experience supporting a high-profile individual, entrepreneur, or UHNW family
• Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Calm under pressure with a solutions-focused, “nothing is too much” attitude
• Emotionally intelligent and discreet — a true gatekeeper and confidante
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly adaptable with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Culturally aware, with experience working in creative industries (fashion, art, design, or hospitality a plus)
• Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools
• Flexible and willing to work outside of standard hours when needed
• Unflappable, with a sense of humour and natural warmth
