Recruitment Administrator (Hybrid)

Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: 12.98 - 14.42 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Job Advertising:
* Craft and publish engaging job adverts on multiple platforms.
Candidate Screening & Shortlisting:
* Review applications and screen candidates.
Interview Coordination:
* Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers and candidates to confirm availability.
Onboarding:
* Manage the onboarding process including completing pre-employment checks (e.g., references, right-to-work verification).
* Prepare and distribute offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one.
Requirements
Recruitment Expertise: Previous experience in recruitment, with a solid understanding of end-to-end processes.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who can manage multiple tasks, think ahead, and solve problems efficiently.
