Position Overview: As a Surveyor, you will play a critical role in assessing, measuring, and evaluating land, buildings, and property boundaries. You will support the real estate operations by providing expert surveying services across both residential and commercial projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with architects, contractors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed land and property surveys using a variety of modern surveying tools and technologies. Measure and map property boundaries and land features to support property transactions, planning applications, and construction projects. Prepare accurate reports, maps, plans, and legal documentation for residential and commercial properties. Inspect and assess the condition of buildings for valuation, acquisition, or development purposes. Liaise with planning authorities, contractors, engineers, and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements. Monitor construction progress and verify that works adhere to approved plans and legal property boundaries. Provide advice on property boundaries, land development potential, and site feasibility. Maintain accurate records of surveys, data collection, and project updates. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, MRICS, or equivalent) preferred. Proven experience in land or property surveying, ideally within residential and commercial real estate sectors. Proficient in surveying tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, GPS equipment, GIS, Total Stations). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of property law, planning regulations, and building codes. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to various site locations.
