We are looking for an Asset Management Administrator to join our Strategic Asset Management team on a permanent basis.

This dynamic role involves supporting Asset Management Officers in handling requests for aids and adaptations, property alterations, and general asset management enquiries. You'll play a key part in delivering an efficient, customer-focused asset management service while collaborating with a wide array of teams across the business.
Some of your daily duties will include:
* Providing accurate administrative and customer service support to the team, including liaison with customers, colleagues and external stakeholders.
* Producing and sending out written correspondence, updating databases and Microsoft Dynamics cases as required
* Efficient administration of Dynamics cases, ensuring customer requests are processed in line with policies, procedures and SLA’s and all required documentation is received, logged and saved accordingly.
Some of the things we are looking for:
* Previous administration experience and experience of working closely with customers
* Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
* Be eager to support the team by taking on tasks, demonstrating a commitment to personal development, and embracing opportunities to learn new skills
* Knowledge of housing/estates environment would be considered desirable
* Proven experience of balancing a heavy workload, prioritising as necessary
* Evidence of having delivered effectively in a results/service driven environment
* Be numerate and literate with Good IT skills
Although this role is home-based, you should be prepared to travel to our Group offices as needed. During the training period, in-person sessions will take place weekly at our Worcester office, with some held at our Solihull office. After training, these will likely reduce to twice a month
