Carnival Corporation is the largest operator of cruise companies in the world, dedicated to delivering unforgettable holiday happiness to our guests. Our success is built on a foundation of diverse talents and perspectives, and we believe in fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival Corporation, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Incident Analysis Group to bring fresh insights and expertise to our department.
Role Overview
The Incident Analysis Group (IAG) is Carnival Corporation's independent team responsible for conducting internal investigations related to health, environment, safety, and security (HESS) across the company’s nine cruise line brands. Comprised of a team of global investigators and support personnel, the IAG focuses on analysing significant HESS events and identifying systemic issues.
The IAG provides comprehensive investigative reports that determine the root causes of incidents and offer recommendations to prevent future occurrences. Carnival Corporation uses these reports to share "lessons learned" and enhance HESS operations, in alignment with the ISM Code and a commitment to continuous improvement.
As an internal investigative branch, IAG ensures that investigations are conducted in accordance with corporate standards, external regulations, and best practices, maintaining rigorous quality control throughout the process.
