The ideal candidate is a customer service expert who can manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with all parties. You’ll need to be versatile, comfortable working on everything from renewals to billing reconciliations, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?
As our Sales Support Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the IT sales team. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing renewals – Handling re-occurring renewals of services from our suppliers to customers.
* Billing reconciliations – Ensuring supplier invoices match the quantities invoiced to customers.
* Customer service – Assisting with customer service queries, including billing or licensing issues.
* Sales projects – Supporting sales projects such as new service opt-outs, customer queries, billing setups, and order forms.
* Administration – Managing onboarding and offboarding customers or licenses to supplier portals.
* Production management – Coordinating print and digital production, ensuring high-quality output.
What you’ll need
* Proven experience in customer service and administration.
* Expertise in using Excel and Word.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
* Good commercial awareness.
* Experience with CRM databases.
Nice to have
* Experience working in an IT Managed Service environment.
* Understanding of IT Technology products such as M365.
