Division: Civil Engineering/claims
This is an exciting new role for a graduate with some relevant experience. This involves working alongside the Civil Engineering team in the business on a range of sizeable projects. This role will be predominately office based but could also require some site visits across the UK to extract information and check damage including structural damage. The position will offer the successful candidate an interesting, challenging and varied workload as well as allowing them to develop professionally in their chosen field.
Ideally, you will be a motivated, progressive and versatile individual who can adopt a flexible approach to your role in the business and provide support to the division - an individual who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure work is delivered correctly, accurately and on time.
The main focus of the position will be:
1. To investigate highways and crown property damage claims
2. Communicate with all parties involved - over phone, email and potentially site visits
3. Establishing all technical information relevant to each claim/project
4. producing reports for claims prior to works being carried out on behalf of clients.
